During a visit to an industry located in the state of São Paulo, we identified a client’s interest in acquiring an industrial equipment from a manufacturer in Europe.


The industry in question was reluctant to deplete its capital for the equipment acquisition and lacked expertise in logistical transportation, as the equipment had non-standard dimensions.



We collaborated with our partner banks to structure a leasing operation, allowing for equipment payment over 60 months with no upfront costs. This enabled the industry to acquire the equipment without depleting its capital, while also benefiting from deducting lease payments as operational expenses for tax purposes and receiving ICMS credit, being based in the state of São Paulo.


We engaged a freight forwarder to conduct a detailed logistics study for this equipment, from retrieval at the European factory to its national delivery.
